All of our prices you see include set up and take down and also include the rental for entire weekend! So that means we drop it off on Friday and pick it up on the following Monday.
So remember its the same price for one day as it is the whole weekend so make sure to book your spot early!

Nothing to special. You can absolutely deflate it at night. We just ask you make sure your pets wont hurt it in anyway. We also ask you inflate it on the day we pick it up so it makes it easier on our workers!

Yes. concrete is ok but only smooth concrete or asphalt. No major holes or bumps that would damage the inflatable.

We as a company only cancel rentals if the weather is too dangerous to set it up example being say a hurricane. But otherwise cancelation is up to the renter. Keep in mind we do not refund deposits. We do however keep your deposit and can reschedule your rental time to another time throughout one calendar year. Then you can pay the rest then!
